We tried to give you as much notice as possible, and we apologize again. We contacted you to book a new appointment as soon as possible (the next day).<br><br>In that appointment zoom was experiencing some issues. I personally called you and spoke to you and explained the issues we were having, and I offered to continue and answer any question you had on the phone or in the alternative, a new zoom date and time.<br><br>You expressed that you wanted to meet in person.
