The lawyer himself never responded to our lawyer, only spoke with his assistant the entire time. The lawyer booked himself for other closings for our contracted close date. They received my request to extension on the close date three days before my date. Extension was only for 2 days later. They prepared paperwork to return earnest money and deny the agreement 24 hours before presenting to us the buyers. I know this because the sellers Esign have a date and time. House was back up for sale before receiving returned form for earnest money.
