Every time we ask for an update, we are told something different. Most recently, we were told they were just waiting for the check and that we would receive confirmation within three days. That was three weeks ago, and we have heard nothing.\n\nWe understand legal cases can take time, but honesty, transparency, and communication are essential. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for our family.
