Some months ago a new landlord bought the center that my business is located in. To say that they wanted to bend us over is quite an understatement. Micah was the most attentive, sincere, and most of all intelligent lawyer I have ever met. He looked at the situation, read the lease, and found all the appropriate statutes, precedents, and laws and wrote a very strong letter letting them know that unless this was corrected we would not hesitate to litigate.  It took a couple of months but they caved and issued all necessary credits.
