I feel the same way about my clients.  I am an experienced elder law attorney with extensive training in working with individuals who are vulnerable adults and may have diminished capacity.  I meet with all potential clients privately to guard against undue influence.  Capacity evaluations are also frequently conducted.  If a potential client lacks capacity, I will not draft any documents for them.  It is unethical for me to do otherwise, and I would not be able to sleep at night.  An adult with capacity is allowed to make decisions for themselves, even if others do not agree.
