I said I was trying to reach a business and wasn't sure I had. Only then did she seem to switch into work mode.\n\nShe wanted to connect me to the attorney for my consultation then, but I an appointment, so she told me to call the next afternoon at any point because he had nothing scheduled.\n\nWithin 20 minutes, she called back to let me know he was available right then, as if the conversation we'd just had that had never happened. I reiterated that I'd have to call the next day and double-checked the hours with her.\n\nWhen I called the following day, it was the same person. She did answer with the name of the business this time! She said she was sorry, but he wasn't in the office that afternoon but would be Monday or Tuesday.\n\nI said I was told several times by her (I had to ask for her name) that he'd be there.
