Their practice is well positioned for that. I had a dispute with a medical provider. I didn't think the provider was acting ethically in billing me, and I tried for almost a year to correct the bill, to no avail. After contacting Nancy Pridgen, who was recommended through another attorney, I sent her the correspondence up to that point, and she contacted the provider and got a settlement along the lines I had asked for earlier this year. So, I settled and paid the bill. Then, the provider started billing me for what they said was the unpaid balance! Nancy quickly got in touch with them and straightened them out.
