I was very pleased with the outcome and monetary award back in 2023. From initial contact until the case, concluded, the firm and the attorneys kept me well informed about the status of my case.\n\nIn this second matter, I was unjustly cited for a traffic violation. Attorney Chris Beckstrom took my case to trial. Along the way, Mr. Beckstrom explained in detail how the law in Nevada changed so that the State’s burden of proof in traffic court adheres to a lower standard than it does in criminal court. He helped me understand how the process works when a person fights the system.  He presented a brilliant strategy for my case and prepared me to testify in court. On the day of my trial I was very anxious (as most people would be). He assured me the evidence was on my side and that we would have a favorable outcome. After testifying in court and presenting this evidence to the judge my case was dismissed. Having Price and Beckstrom represent me saved me $400 in court fees. It also stopped me from having a moving violation on my driving record and having my insurance premiums raised.
