Few things make my blood boil more than deception!  There's NO WAY the rating of this firm is accurate, based on the apathy and lackluster performance displayed during my conversation with the paralegal/assistant and worse, the lack of follow-up.  In all fairness, I never had contact with the attorney (Mr. McDonald) as I was advised he was out of town.  I was advised to leave my contact information with the understanding that Atty McDonald would follow up upon his return.   I guess he's still not back more than a month later!  I realize I'm in the south and race tensions seem to be at an all time high, but sheesh!
