I waited over 30mins to get denied treatment because I refused to allow them to provide me an attorney so unless you want to give an attorney 33.3% of your settlement as well as paying for treatment do not waste your time! Staff and Doctor was semi rude once I refused their attorney which is fine. I was a little hesitant and thought I was okay, until I wasn't. Premier Injury Clinic has the nicest staff! They were polite, caring, gentle and informative. The doctors answered all of my questions whenever I needed, the staff was there when I needed them and I was especially surprised that while I was doing stretches and/or therapy- doctors and staff would randomly come by and just make sure I was doing okay. I always felt welcomed, cared for, and safe. I really looked forward to going into the office. The day I was released, I was sent off with a good luck from doctors and staff. While bad luck brought me into the clinic, I was glad to have been in their care. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of a car accident or other injury that lands you in this clinic- don't despair! You are in great hands and they will get you feeling better and back to yourself again.
