The family may loose everything waiting years for a settlement. While my sister gets her money because it's hers from the same accident my dad died from I'm still waiting. Yet my Dad passed away October 29th of 2023 I'm still waiting for the settlement on my Dad's estate. It's unsettling how long it takes. I live in SSI and this money could really make a difference in my life but I must wait indefinitely until they decide to pay out. Meanwhile they have they're money \"attorney\" gets paid while you wait.
