We had several conversations regarding my case, only for them to tell me that they are unable to be retained.\n\nI was given a referral to another lawyer within their network. This lawyer hung up on me just to get me to shut up, and then when she called back, she continued her same sentence she interrupted me with before she hung up on me like nothing ever happened and then she said that I am difficult to talk to despite me telling her that I hit my head on a piece of metal two months ago and have brain fog and difficulty with understanding and that I would need some patience. I spoke to an employee there and I told her I sent several emails and made calls every week and No one will confirm my cancellation. They won’t confirm my cancellation on emails, text or verbal phone calls. This is unreasonable and unprofessional. I expected better.
