He maintained professionalism throughout the entire case and explained everything to me in a way that was clear and concise. He met all deadlines and extended them when needed. Communication from his paralegal Crystal was exceptional and she did a fantastic job answering and responding to phone calls and emails promptly, often same day. I truly felt like Mr. Powell had an invested interest in me as a client outside of paying his retaining fee and he treated me with dignity and respect. As the victim of severe abuse, having to face my abusers in court was nothing short of traumatic but he reassured me throughout the entire process and helped me with my own self-doubt that had come from years of gaslighting. His confidence, refined skill and self-assurance helped me feel better about the case and truly shone through on the day of the trial. We spent a total of 15 minutes in the courtroom where Mr. Powell skillfully navigated the trial resulting in the petitioning party backing down and dropping all charges.
