Unfortunately i had to fire Mr Parker due to poor communication and failure to competently handle our case including but not limited to the following:\n1.  He did not correctly file direct notification with creditors  despite (falsely) informing me that he had filed this notification correctly.  I paid 2 subsequent attorneys to review the case and they both agreed Mr Parker had not filed the notifications correctly consequently leaving the estate liable for future claims.\n2.  Mr Parker attempted to negotiate terms with another attorney without my permission and counter to the terms I had specified to Mr Parker\n3.  Billing inconsistencies - We were billed for an appointment that did not occur & final bills consistently were in excess of projected estimates.
