My case is complicated, but the evidence of malpractice is overwhelming. In the past four months, I've been diagnosed with cancer and a very serious cardiac issue, and I have been complaining of symptoms related to both diagnoses for years now. I have a  LOT of medical documentation to prove that my doctors had made little or no effort to investigate the causes of my health issues. The intake rep stated that they would likely wait to proceed or make a final decision on the ability to properly assess my need for legal representation, and that someone would give me a return phone call. That never happened.  Apparently I wasn't worth a phone call from Michael Porter until I posted my review on Google, expressing my dissatisfaction with the lack of effort on Porter's handling of my inquiry.  To me, that is unacceptable and impersonal. They are, therefore, false advertising, because a landmark case is one where president is set, not where the president is already in place. Thanks for lying to the people. My mother and I called Porter Law Group and was introduced to Mary Langan. I remember our first conversation after she reviewed my mothers documents and how she will take on my mothers case. Mary fought for our mom even when our mom couldn't do it herself. Mary was also very caring, understanding, and patient with myself and my siblings as we had no clue on how the law works, especially in terms of malpractice.  My mother passed away after having to fight this terrible disease. This still didn't stop Mary from fighting. With such dedication and knowledge and fierce determination, Mary and we came to a settlement. We are satisfied with how our mother was represented.
