Despite that, no federal civil complaint was ever filed on my behalf.\n\nMy case was passed between multiple attorneys. I was told the complaint would be rewritten several times. I was billed for internal conferences and revisions, yet the lawsuit never left the office and was never filed in court.\n\nThe complaint drafts I received did not reflect the issues I originally brought to the firm. After months of billing and no filing, I requested a refund so I could seek new representation.
