In addition,  Mr. Feder's representation in those types of matters has been limited to clients who are large apartment complexes.<br><br>Additionally, we of course have never agreed to any settlement in any case without our client's permission, and in landlord/tenant matters in court, the judges all question the parties and make sure that they consent to any resolution.<br><br>Because you do not disclose your full name, we have no way of looking at whether we actually represented you or not.  We are sometimes confused with one of two other law firms that have very similar sounding or spelling in their names. That man has mental issues, really!\n\nYou say you don't recall me? I presented a 2 page lease agreement with Lamar Advertising, May 2012 requesting minor modification of terms. You never made the modifications requested, saying your secretary was away at a wedding. I picked up the lease August 2012; modified it myself and still sent you a cashier's check for $300. You did not refund it. If you look at our other reviews, you will find that we value our clients and do our very best for them.<br><br>We do occasionally get phone calls from people seeking an attorney where it becomes clear during the telephone call that we are unable to enter into representation of the person that is calling, either because they are inquiring about an area of the law where we do not practice, or based upon the facts they are presenting to us we do not believe that their matter is something that we would be able to handle for them (usually they want us to file a lawsuit on their behalf). <br><br>Naturally, people do not like to be told that they either legally don't have a right to sue, or that the facts they are presenting, while perhaps technically actionable, are such that we cannot recommend that they spend their money in pursuit of the matter. While such an evaluation can be understandably disappointing, some people become upset when advised that we cannot in good conscience accept their money to pursue a matter.
