In April we had a three person board, which is a lower  number than normal.\nThe new president was focused on an expensive project that she wanted. Things were being neglected, mismanaged, and, in my opinion, misrepresented.\n\nIn late July, the new president resigned upon recall. Another resigned and the third resigned effective the next meeting.\nOur situation was somewhat chaotic and precarious with respect to an unpopular preliminary contract, neglect of equipment, and an orderly transition of leadership.\n\nThe partner of the condo law firm who was representing our association was nonresponsive to our homeowner interests, and I believe, unaware of our circumstances.\n\nMy neighbor knew Tiffany Grant from some work at other associations. Tiffany represented a small group of homeowners from our Association to our condo law firm. Interestingly, our condo was assigned to another attorney at the firm.\n\nTiffany addressed all of our issues to the condo law firm – the contract, equipment neglect and the orderly transition to new leadership.
