It turns out that they do not take cases that are based on data gathering, statistical analysis to identify disparate impact, etc. However, although I wish they were more direct in their words, they essentially stated that this type of case does not work for their business model. Reflecting upon this made me realize that I likely need to find a small boutique lawyer or firm that is not paid on contingency. I am mainly giving a positive review because this advice is putting me on a better path to finding the right lawyer to partner with.\n\nI only subtracted 1 star because I would have preferred for them to more directly state the above. I may have come up with better questions during that conversation vs having to reflect on it and come to this conclusion days later.
