My only regret is not contacting Mr. Hall first. He and his staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. Definitely not a \"stuffy\" lawyer's office. Mr. Hall was very personable when I spoke to him on the phone and when he came to my home. His office handled everything, which meant I did not have to interact with the insurance company (or the public adjustor). His paralegal, Wendy, was absolutely amazing. She was on the phone with me for extended periods, walking me through getting together all of the documents that were needed for the case. I was so overwhelmed with what the insurance company was asking me for that I would not have been able to do it without her. I so appreciate and am very happy with the service and the results that I got from Mr. Hall and his staff.\n\nDefinitely \"Ask a lawyer first\" if you have an insurance claim related to hurricane or other damage to your home.
