When we met with Andrew he was so kind and (of course) knowledgeable and he knew exactly what needed to be done for her. We paid him a flat fee and it wasn't cheap but, money well spent.\nUltimately, her husband has admitted to being the aggressor and that she was defending herself against him. To the judges and DA, it is something that happens all the time called a recanting of the charges, and it oftentimes won't help. However, her husband met with Andrew to give an affidavit of his statement to turn in to the DA and the judge.\nAfter turning herself, into the Sheriff- because of the warrant, she had no other choice but to turn herself in.\nShe has stated she defended herself. It didn't matter since her husband was the accuser. It is all about the one who calls the cops. Andrew called us and said we could watch the video from the officer's body cam.\n\nThe DA- as of yesterday has dismissed all the charges and Andrew has also asked for the record to be sealed. And nothing about this case will not show up on any background check. She couldn't have done any of this without Andrew. Probably didn't even look at the body Cam. I wish this man would have done a little more research when it came time for the DMV hearing because It caused me a lot of problems. He doesn't care because he got his money. I had to do an overwhelming majority of the legwork because he didn't want to put in the effort towards my case. His paralegal wasn't much help either. She told several things that were not true. And in sentencing he told the judge that I was moving to a city that I've never lived in and gave me the impression that he didn't even listen to me whatsoever.
