She was truly not bright at all.  Kept getting confused, wouldn't listen, and kept interrupting me as I was trying to answer her question.  That was a week ago.  She just called me again, starting all over.  When I told her we'd already had this conversation, it took her five minutes ...and two books (she stated).... to find that yes we had spoken already.  When we spoke the first time she told me I'd get an email in 10-14 days.  Our second conversation, I asked her if she'd turned the case in to someone yet and she said no not yet.  I explained to her the statute of limitations, as we are getting close, and she promptly told me they get 20 calls a day.  I'm not sure how the original 10-14 day promise will be met.  I just said thanks and hung up.
