On November 18, a family member was involved in an accident and I wanted to hire your services again, but this time I was unsuccessful. I believe that the person who handled my call did not want to help me proceed with the case, as I called another company and they resolved everything in less than 15 minutes. I do not know the name of the person who assisted me, but it was a man, and I called between November 20 and November 30 of this year during the morning hours.\n\nThe service provided by this person was terrible and there was zero willingness to help. I had to call twice; during the first call he told me he would call me back and he never did. For two years we advised and managed this individual’s case, consistently provided recommendations, advice and updates and sadly he refused, month after month until the very end, to accept any legal or medical advice. This client consistently missed all the appointments made for him, showed no interest in his case or commitments, and expected a magical result when he refused to participate in any manner nor undergo any recommended medical treatment. It appears his final decision is to attempt to ruin a wonderful law firms sterling reputation and shift blame from himself onto others.
