Her communication throughout the process was minimal, and during mediation, she admitted to taking her sick child to daycare, which I feel, motivated her to finish fast that day.\n\nShe encouraged me to accept an extremely one-sided settlement: minimal child support and alimony, no back pay, and no share of funds my ex withdrew from our accounts or retirement. Despite having strong evidence (including video of infidelity), she repeatedly dismissed its relevance and downplayed my concerns. She also failed to properly investigate significant financial discrepancies—over $60,000 in unexplained income on my ex’s bank statements.\n\nI left mediation feeling blindsided, unsupported, and trapped. I called immediately afterward trying to withdraw my consent to the agreement, but was told I could not.
