All communication was routed through the same assigned representative. Despite multiple follow-up calls and text messages over the course of approximately 30 days, I did not receive a return call, confirmation, or clear communication.\n\nThis was especially concerning given the strict 60-day appeal deadline involved in Social Security cases. I made repeated efforts to follow up, was placed on hold multiple times, and was told messages would be passed along, but no response ever came.\n\nI understand that law offices can be busy, but timely communication is critical in disability cases where deadlines directly affect a claimant’s rights and benefits.
