And though we had a very good lawsuit case, our family decided not to proceed with that course of action. Philip Moring and his law firm incurred cost for his investigators, meetings at their facility with CPS and others and when we decided not to proceed with the law suit they did not try to push us in any way. They supported us even though they knew we had a very winnable case. They were so compassionate and caring, they would not allow us to reimburse them for their time or cost.
