This caller was referred and took part in a free consultation with Attorney Paul Arnold at a local pro bono clinic and the consultation was fully concluded at that time.  The caller continued to call and request services, but we declined services and could not continue returning calls to the caller.  We take great pride in the outstanding customer service record that we have earned from our clients--and part of that means prioritizing our time for those clients that elect retain our services.<br><br><br>With that said, Attorney Paul Arnold is very proud of his commitment to pro bono work.
