We were basically satisfied with the work, however based on how Bob explained his fee structure to us, we felt that we were lied to and cheated.  We tried to have an honest discussion  with Bob-it didn't go very well.  It is our opinion that we caught Bob in a lie when he told us his assistant Wendy was in the conference room when he explained the fee structure percentage.  My family is positive Wendy was not there- so obviously why Wendy would not confirm to us that she was present. Now I have to start at square one with a case that's months behind. A little communication about what's happening would have been nice. An explanation as to why they wasted so much of my time would have been even better. They did neither.\n\nShame on this firm and their incredibly poor customer service.
