I was in a hit and run accident and injured. I went through the intake process during the initial phone call and was told I would hear from Patricia within 1-2 business days. Two weeks and three phone calls later, where I was told each time the person I wanted to speak with was “away from their desk,” and three voicemails left with that person, still no response.
