We do show that you did in fact speak with someone once of February 10 and twice of February 11 (not a month ago), for a total of over 17 minutes (we have the recordings to prove the same - you called 3 times, not 4). I am very sorry that your gas company would not deliver to your home due to a unpaid balance, but as you were advised on each of those calls, that is not something that this firm handles. Good luck finding anyone to help you If you think leaving a poor review of a company that has spoken to you for nearly 20 minutes about your situation and advised that we cannot help, (having nothing to do with money) is the appropriate response.
