My experience was the exact opposite. All parties arrives for closing early, so we started early. The receptionist Kim was very friendly. The attorney - Chris Little - was very polite, knowledgeable, and personable. If I met this guy outside of work, I would never guess he is a lawyer; very laid-back. The entire closing process took maybe 75mins, mostly due to my numerous questions - otherwise, we could've done it in 40mins. Overall, I have exactly zero complaints, other than the office being very far away. From the reviews, it seems to be a case-by-case experience based on your attorney.
