This firm also backed an HOA that enforced another made-up rule that was proven false.\nLaura Horlock was negligent and incompetent with HOA CC&Rs. She represented the HOA at my appeal hearing. She made accusations and condescending remarks in a letter and tried to express her knowledge at my appeal. However, what she was saying contradicted the CC&Rs. The HOA board even had to correct her. I was billed her attorney fees? She wasn't even listed as an attendee in the minutes. This firm owes me 5k for her negligent representaion and zero knowledge of my case.
