I hired this firm to do bankruptcy. They never communicate no matter how many emails I send them about the same issue. On the day of my bankruptcy court Juana called me 20 minutes before to let me know that we have court. Granted, it’s my fault that I didn’t fully read my letters, but still my attorney should be on my side and communicate things with me, especially when I ask them when is the court. During the court, we found out that they did not upload my Social Security or my ID so they had to wait for that. Also, my attorney was nowhere to be found, but rather I had another attorney from their office. After the bankruptcy, nobody’s communicating with me, even though I have questions.
