I realized after talking with him for 10 minutes that if I had used Jason for my negotiations I wouldn’t be in the position I am today with the DSO I sold to. I was very naive thinking these people were very nice and all would work out fine. Unfortunately it did not wind up fine. I’m pretty sure if I was working with Jason he would have gotten the terms  more favorable or he would have advised me to walk away.  Lesson learned.  My advise.
