At first my experience with them was very good, Attorney Pachecho took my husband's case the day before his hearing and did what he could. The attorney always responded to my texts and calls. My husband tested negative before a racist judge, and the office recommended writing a letter. Then my husband tried to contact the attorney several times regarding an issue where he was detained. I contacted the assistant Roxana several times to schedule an appointment so my husband could speak freely with the attorney about a situation, but he never did, and the attorney never showed up or called him. His response was very short, basically saying they washed their hands of my husband's case because he received a negative result and the asylum department was not going to reconsider his case. The problem was that the issue my husband wanted to discuss with the attorney was regarding negligence and abuse and some documents that he wanted to clarify before signing them.
