My car was not fixed until a year later and it took 2 years to settle my case. I feel that my lawyers lack of understand simple rules of settling a case and lack of communicating with me caused this delay.  They were very unprofessional approach and I think the other insurance company recognized it to as they would not even return their calls. They were not rude or ugly, they just didn't come across as attorneys.  We had to consult with another lawyer before they agree that they were not requesting a reasonable settlement.\n\nI did talked to them about this and they did show some improvement at the end which was appreciated.
