Mr. Jacobs commented that he just didn't have the bandwidth for something like this right now. Apparently, they are greatly understaffed. I used this firm in the past for my mother's estate but required immediate assistance with my father. Huge disappointment that they were unwilling to help. Also, it would have been nice if they would have called and cancelled the appointment vs wasting our time by coming to the office.
