Per his assistant, that’s not how they work things as far as meeting with the attorney.\nMy case was declined, which was surprising as the attorney said he doubted I would be declined.\nI was told an appeal was filed and to wait patiently up to 18 months. When I contacted the disability office, they had never received any appeal information. According to the person assisting the attorney she had proof that it had been filed.
