We don't handle those kinds of cases.\"  I'm sorry... what?  Your website extensively talks about estate planning... if this isn't estate stuff...I don't know what would be.  Her response (brace yourself), \"Oh. There's an $80 consultation fee and must be paid before you can speak to an attorney.\"  I'm sorry... what?  So I responded, \"Excuse me.  I'm not even sure you understand what I'm talking about because you just said you don't handle this and now you want me to pay you before someone (with intelligence) can tell me of they can help this [65 year old, disabled] man.\"  She said, \"Thank you\" and hung up on me.   Tell me... CAUSE OMG... it's this person representative of your lawyers?  I hope your calls are recorded.   This happened 2/23/26 at 10:58 am.  She needs to be fired. I mean...I have an MBA and I'm looking... call me.   I promise you can do better than whomever that woman is for probably minimum wage.   Or just very AI.  It wouldn't have said that as an estate planners you don't handle estate planning.
