I’ve been with Schwab for years and the experience has been fine.  But lately the customer service has fallen off a cliff.   I was out of town and needed to make one simple trade (sell a mutual fund). Had I been home with two clicks online I could do it,  that’s what they want.  But because I wasn’t it took 4 phone calls and being put on hold twice,  over ten minutes each time.  TO MAKE ONE TRADE????  Today I look online and a withdrawal I sent forms to the broker Friday Morning still have not happened by close of business Monday!!!  Because of market changes it has cost me $1000s!\n\nIf you want customer service and response time find another brokerage.
