On my 2nd home , the buyers hired this law firm . What a horrible, ugly transaction this was .  Was a cash deal , should have been easy . Truth is , there was no communication, most of the papers that were needed that should have taken 30 minutes to do , took 3-5 days , I had to get involved with at least 25% of the things to make everyone wake up and\nGet working . This law firm is lazy, sloppy ,\nAnd in organized. The young gen z receptionist took it upon herself to make it hard to talk to anyone when I called because nobody liked the fact that I was organized and pushing for a fast and organized closing . The closing date was on the 27th of February, everyone was ready to close 3 days earlier , and this law firm told me they would not close till the 27th Because that was the date on the contract , which is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of . I firmly believe the law firm did this to spite me for pushing everyone , but of course I cannot prove this . This law firm is lucky to be in a nice forgiving state like Florida, because if it was in a really business tough state like New York  or any of the northeastern states , they would be out of business within a year . I am a successful business man from New York , and I know what a good business is made of, and\nMost importantly, there has to be GOOD COMMUNICATION, GOOD PEOPLE , and GOOD ATTITUDES and CUSTOMER SERVICE.\nthis law firm has NONE of the above .\nStear clear of it , there are PLEANTY of quality attorneys you can hire .
