I've called in every day for 6 months during the specified time and every single time I get the same message about \"call volumes are too high\". It's a scam. We are on our own against whoever is harassing or attacking you. They have pretty cumbersome processes, very restricted hours when a live person would even answer one's call, and then, after trying/waiting many times and eventually getting to talk to someone and do an over-the-phone-intake, literally nothing came out of it... Repeatedly. As soon as I walked in the lady at the desk was sitting on her phone as soon as she seen me she rolled her eyes and let out a big airy huff and said hold on a second to the person she was talking to. She handed me a piece of paper and said that if I needed any assistance I would have to call the number and keep trying. I told her that I've been trying for months and I haven't been able to get ahold of anybody and she says well just keep trying that's all I can say .a lot of people need help. It felt like she couldn't get me out of the office fast enough. Not sure where the justice is in that.
