Because the call was very scripted and didn’t seem authentic. Being I’ve been a victim of identity theft I just didn’t feel safe way to many red flags! This man calls and he actually relaxed me and I then understood why it was so scripted . Yet as other reviews here stated no follow through! I’ve still yet to get anything from them ! They also waited until the last minute to anything, lost some of my documents, and threaten to throw out my case because it was Christmas and I was out of town and unable to sign their documents right that second. I was also really sick with the flu. (Bedridden sick.)\nThey won't even give me a receipt for paying them off. So that will probably come back to haunt me. Keeping all my records though so if they try to come after me because they didn't record my payment I am prepared.
