I attempted to apply for help for a 4th time today and was told that “if there hasn’t been resent domestic violence, we are not taking on any other cases. Call back after the 1st of the year “. First, I assume this is a funding situation which would have been nice to be informed all of that from the first application so I can clearly understand what to do in the future. Second, that is an extremely vague statement. To keep people from racking their brains on calling back or not, in the future, do people a favor who are already mentally drained and struggling. Make a clear statement.
