After discussing our needs we had a Living Trust with two Sub Trusts along with a continuous Sub Trust, a Medicaid Deed and an Irrevocable Trust created.\n\nA large thanks goes to Sasha Henderson who, with much patience, explained multiple aspects of the various Trusts.
