The client portal is not updated with my case, despite being told I could track progress there. I have left voicemails, sent emails, and have now gone over a week with no response of any kind.\n\nWhat is most frustrating is the sudden lack of follow-up after such a strong beginning. I understand that law firms are busy, but basic communication and status updates are essential, especially for time-sensitive probate matters.\n\nAfter reading the firm’s high ratings, I’m honestly confused, as my recent experience does not reflect that level of service.
