Sending my family for treatments and tests assuring them that if no settlement was reached, he would not be responsible for any costs of the services only to drop the case over untrue and outrageous claim that is proven with video to be 100% false is beyond unacceptable. Protecting ones HIPPA rights and standing your ground when an unprofessional and rude clinic tech insists you voice your private medical information in front of strangers in a waiting room is grounds for the law firm dropping your case so be careful. After being treated for several weeks and having a truly awesome relationship with all the staff there some person on their first day there tries to violate his HIPPA rights and he stands his ground, and the law firm reacts by dismissing his case without any explanation or asking his side of it. Reading the reviews and complaints from so many others over the last 2 years makes it clear what has happened to a once amazing law firm!!
