The communication was so poor between negotiations to finalizing and even everything in between all of my doctors appointments. Richard did a good job handling my case last time but this time my file was handed all around because of some people quitting I was informed by Joan, because when it landed in her lap finally she was determined to get something done.. now even though the negotiations were unsuccessful and i got less money than i was demanding Joan was fabulous.
