He was frank about the odds of the case (didn't embellish). I had a traffic ticket that I disputed. The officer couldn't explain the reason for the ticket very well and lost his temper. He wanted to take me to jail. I had already asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and he kept refusing. When he took out the handcuffs I told him plainly that he WAS going to call a supervisor. When he finally did call a supervisor I explained to the supervisor and he let me go but did not throw out the citation. Logan handled the case very efficiently.
