At first they made things seem easy, and it felt like I was in good hands. It's now nearly 2026, I’ve had to reach out several times for updates, and I've received almost no meaningful updates on my case. Last time was in September. I’ve been passed from rep to the other, I've sent multiple emails, two recently, and have been left completely out of the loop.\nI waited two weeks from my last email before leaving this review to see if I would have any contact back. As a client, I expected transparency, responsiveness, and at the very least, periodic check-ins. Instead, I've felt ignored and sidelined. If you value communication and want to feel supported through a legal process, I would reconsider before choosing this firm.\n\n*UPDATED*\n\nAfter expressing my concerns, I did receive a call directly from Jason. When given the options after my accident, my doctor advised that Murphy Law would have a more personal approach with their clients over some of the more corporate firms out there.  His direct call gave me reassurance in why I went with Murphy Law to begin with.
